Repairs
All workmanship is
guaranteed. If a clasp breaks or a piece becomes unstrung within 30 days just send
it back and it will be repaired for free plus the cost of shipping provided all beads are
returned. If not you will be charged the retail cost of any bead replacement.
Payment Options
- Visa, and Master Card payments are accepted through a secure online payment
gateway. I also accept Checks (US
only), Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee.
Payments made with Money Orders or Credit
Cards will be shipped as soon as possible. Payments made by check will be sent as
soon as the funds are verified.

If you are uncomfortable with ordering online, you may also fill out the order form and
mail it to me with your method of payment.
United States &
Canada: I accept Credit Card purchases from United States
and Canada only. For International orders, please send Cashiers Check or Money
Orders.
Returns :
No refunds, I will accept exchanges
within 30 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions. Send an email with your problem. I will promptly send any
replacement orders upon return of the merchandise. All merchandise must be in "as
new condition" with original packing materials. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
NO exchanges or refunds will be made on
Special Orders or Custom Orders.
Customer is responsible for insuring the
return order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are
uninsured through the mail. |
